About Me, Ruah
Devoted, audacious, spirited - like her name - Ruah Uhlman is a New York-based screen and stage actor. She loves playing resilient, emotionally complex women navigating personal turmoil and issues of identity.
Ruah finds great fulfillment working in the intimacy of small casts. She is drawn to telling stories that inspire healing and positive change through deep exploration of complex human experiences. Her goal is to use storytelling to foster a more equitable and just world.
Seattle-born and raised, Ruah is a big subscriber to the outdoors and loves to hike, bike, run, and ski in the mountains. When not on stage or outside, Ruah likes to collage, shoot film photography, thrift, knit, and make up new words!
Ruah earned her BFA in Acting from Baldwin Wallace University.
